JOB TITLE: Resident Aide
SALARY: Starting from $16.04/hour
PAY CYCLE: Weekly

Our jobs focus on providing interim housing, nourishing meals, and safe locations to empower our clients to find their “Journey to Home.”

Core Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance to residents as directed including but not limited to bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
Recognize changes in resident’s condition and ask appropriate questions to ensure proper understanding, then report changes to supervision
Maintain cleanliness of client rooms, clothing, bathrooms, closets, and common areas
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications or Requirements
Minimum one year experience as a Resident Aide
In Home Support Services is a plus
Techniques of bathing, feeding, lifting, and transporting patients, making beds, and caring for clients
Able to assist with post mortem care
Demonstrate patience and emotional stability
Current BLS certification
Recent Physical and TB Report within past year
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
Previously worked at a traditional housing facility
As required by the County of Los Angeles, all ANS employees are required to be fully vaccinated or to have an approved medical or religious exemption by the Company.
