JOB TITLE: Resident Aide
SALARY: Starting from $16.04/hour
PAY CYCLE: Weekly/Bi-Weekly

Our jobs focus on providing interim housing, nourishing meals and safe locations to empower our clients to find their “journey to home.”

Core Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance to residents/clients as directed (bathing, grooming, feeding, transferring/lifting and toileting)
Observes or examines residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
Assists nurses in the operation of medical equipment or provision of care
Other duties assigned
Qualifications or Requirements
Minimum one year experience as a Resident Aide
In Home Support Services is a plus
Techniques of bathing, feeding, lifting, and transporting patients, making beds, and caring for residents
Able to assist with post mortem care
Demonstrate patience and emotional stability
Current BLS certification
Recent Physical and TB Report within past year
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
Work at a traditional housing facility
